I can't help it... I know I've written in my profile that I'm showcasing clothes that are wearable in an arctic climate, BUT Mary Katrantzou's clothes....allthough absolutely not at all fit for this sort of enviroment, I find them  breathtaking, and can't resist the urge to post about this greek and talented designer.

One word: Beautiful....

I'm a bit of a strange one... To define my style, I like the self-invented expression "Geek/Chic". With her awesome prints, this fits the bill perfectly....

Kari Traa - Sporty Come Stylish

It's been snowing for days now, and I have the feeling it's finally here to stay. The ground is covered with soft, sparkling powder. However, to enjoy this freezing spectacle, it's vital that one stays warm and snug. Question is, though - How do you stay warm without looking like the Michelin Man?
Kari Traa is the answer. This norwegian freestyle skier with one Olympic gold medal, and four World Champion titles behind her name, is now designing beautiful and practical clothes doesn't compromise staying warm - with style.
Blue is a hot colour this winter and I have picked some personal favourites from her collection:

It's what's one the inside that counts, especially in a cold climate. This set of underwear made of 70% merino wool and 30% acrylic will most certainly do the job and the top could easily be worn under a smart cardigan as well as unerneath your thermos.

This adaptable garment really offers a lot for your money. With the option of removing the blue vest, you can wear it as a cardigan or a hoodie. Made of 100% lamb wool it's breathable and durable too. A brilliant investment!
